UNFCCC COP17 in Durban: Anything to expect?

Dear all,

 

It is increasingly becoming clear that unless quick efforts are put in, Durban may be yet another Conference where the outcome will be a subject of discussion for its relevance

 

- The recent Bangkok meeting spent huge amount of time on what should be discussed

- The US and EU have high doubts about the any legally binding treaty

- And now the much anticipated operationalisation of the Green Climate Fund s...
