I am PhD candidate at Cheikh Anta Diop University of Dakar, Senegal and my research is related to “Future Vulnerability and Local Development Perspectives. I am working as Action Researcher for ENDA (Environment and Development in the Third World - http://www.enda.sn/, http://energie.enda.sn/), an international NGO engaged on Environment, Development and Poverty alleviation issues, with headquarters in Dakar – Senegal. Working with ENDA, I am involved in community based action research and field work related to climate change and food security, cities and climate change, climate change adaptation and energy in African LDCs. In terms of advocacy work, I was coordinating the Climate and Development NGO network (http://climatdeveloppement.wordpress.com/) acting for more Climate Justice and Equity. Since 2005 and later as Regional CLACC Fellow, I have been attending major UNFCCC meetings (CoPs, SB, Intercessional UNFCCC meetings, etc.) and was also coordinating and facilitating all CLACC activities at West Africa region level. Since August 2010, I am working at ENDA as AfricaAdapt (http://www.africa-adapt.net/AA/) Network Coordinator.
