I am an attorney who currently is pursuing a doctorate in Environmental Studies. My research interests focus on international environmental governance, the politics of science, and the ethical implications of environmental issues, particularly in the context of global climate change. My recent work has focused on litigation relating to climate change and the effects these cases may have on law, science, and policy. I am particularly interested in the role of the courts in shaping public policy in response to complex and controversial environmental problems, and in the role climate litigation plays in educating the public about science and ethical disputes and in stimulating public debate about climate change and climate policy.
