Is there money for adaptation efforts?

It seems to me that leading groups are earmarking lots of money for mitigation. But where is the money for adaptation efforts, particularly in the agricultural sector where the poorest of the poor are found? Who is funding what in terms of adaptation projects? Do we have a global list?
